Registry is live — choosing a default writes to the media_mcp asset registry immediately. Images are grouped by role (avatar first); a sweep of ~/Notebooks folded 251 on-disk copies into the unique variants shown here. Binaries are now on R2/CDN (● served from assets.x-trillion.com); reframed and restyled variants are pushed to R2 as they are committed. A commit that cannot reach R2 keeps the image local (●) — it still previews here, but re-run upload_assets_to_r2.py --apply before the next deploy.
